Wage budget problem

So..I got the wage budget 5mil. €
And my team's wages are 3.2mil €

But maximum wages suddenly got really low,i can't offer more than 50k/year to a key player,1.2k/year to a backup player,etc.

Anyone know what's the problem?I tried to increase the budget with FMRTE,nothing happens.

Go into boardroom on budget adjustment and put all your money back into your wage budget with the slider you should b able offer a bit more wages now.

It was the first thing i tried to do ,lol
The difference between the budget and the total wages it's of 1.8mil€..

I think it's bugged >.>
