Is anyone else having this problem no matter what your wage budget is you can only offer the same amount for a player?

have u changed there squad status aswel? like a youngster wont be aloud to have as much as say a key player

I'm having the same problem. No matter how much budget I have, I can only offer a strict wage amount for every player. It doesn't matter if I select keyplayer / first team or rotation for him - same amount for all. Already maxed out wages from finances....
Anyone got any clue whats all this about ? Or if I can do something to give more wages for key players than rotation ones for example ?

I would like to join in on this. Am playing with Rosenborg in Norway and this is very limiting when buying or renewing contracts.
I'll easily have 200+ k per week free on my wage budget, but no matte squad status or "name" (big names) of players, I can't offer anyone more than 15-16k a week.
