Wage limitations

Hey, I'm wondering how do I increase the wage limit set on certain jobs (physio, coach, etc.), because I can't sign a certain physio, because the board won't let me offer him the wage he wants even though I have the money?

same budget as player so if you put everything on wage budget then you can give him more

I very much doubt that, I am 5k/w of wage below my limit and the maximum amount I can offer to physio's is 800p/w

I'll be intrigued if one can do this... I had a similar situation, but I resorted to working around it slightly.
If I couldn't get THE ONE, I went for two who covered almost as much even if a little more specifically aimed.

No, it's not going to be the same, but until I get up the levels and can spend the worthy individuallywrappedslicesofprocessedcheese, then it'll have to do.
