Waking The Fallen Giant: Deportivo La Coruna
The early 00's a club I seen actively in Europe had some decent players, always in or around the Champions League places, but in recent times, 2010 to 2014 was a yo-yo for the club, relegation - promotion - relegation - promotion in four seasons, now since 2014/2015 season been an just above the relegation zone finish for 3 years. I see the club as a good challenge to get them back to where they were back in the early 00's.
Manager
I'm from Bristol, England, no knowledge of any Spanish, hola is about it. I put myself on the max reputation and coaching badges, to keep the players calm before the storm.
Club Rivals
Celta Vigo which is the local rival at just over 100 miles between the two clubs, they are my first aim to beat.
Valencia is a competitive rival not sure why, but hey Football Manager calls them a rival, they're a rival.

I'm going to use a bog standard 4-4-2 for the club, not sure why I'm doing it, but you don't see many 4-4-2 about nowadays.
Key Players

Florin Andone
The Romanian striker will be a key player when it comes to scoring goals alongside a loaned player.

Lucas Pérez Martínez
On loan from Arsenal in England, for a season long loan, which would give one Andone a good strike partner and two a season to find a replacement for when his loan finishes.

Sidnei Rechel da Silva Júnior
Sidnei for short is the no-nonsense CB the club needs to build on from the defense.
First update will be preseason and the first two games of the La Liga season which ain't fun and games being Atletico Madrid and Barcelona.
