I have used the data editor for the last couple of years now and I know what i am doing.
I need people to write a team and other things (see my example below)
It will be a season between the selected teams and I will report how it is getting on.
Rules
1. Only 1 player allowed to be more than 20 million (according to version 9.0)
2. All of the players values put together must equal less than £200m
3. However much you have left is your transfer budget
Example
