Wasteful players

ok so my team starts off great, scoring for fun, conceding hardly any.....i just dnt get y the past month my team have struggled to put the ball in the net despite dominating games, i have 20 chances on average and about 4 on target then the other team has like 4 or 5 shots and mostly on target and score 1, i understand this happens from time to time but not every game this month, i mean i went to anfield and won 3-1 then play at home to west ham and lose 1-0 when i had 13 shots on target???? wat can i do about it..... is it something to do with training? im at a loss

Inconsistent performers is very common in football, try freshening things up ie approach to the game and what players to play against certain teams. Your team talks may have something to do with it also, your players may be taking smaller sides for granted. Hope this helps.
