Watford: In desperate need of help

I won promotion easily in the Championship. Have a joblot of players ie; Strandberg, Vydra, Maguire, Van Ginkel. Im 15 games into the PL and I haven't one a signle game, nothing I do can make me win. Any siggestions? I'm almost pulling my hair out...

I know how you feel, I finished just 3 points above 18th with Hull. It's so demoralizing. Morale is a big + and you have to use it as one of your strengths, even if you think one of your players isn't a starter but has better morale, give him a go. And don't keep chopping and changing formations.

Its all about preseason preparation in my opinion. Make sure your players know your tactic well. Train hard with the tactic and team cohesion during the preseason. Having your players familiar with your formation is vital it seems. Changing formations throughout the season tends to be a bad idea. So go in knowing what formation you want to use and train on that. Make sure your individual training is right to. You'll want your players to train in specific areas vital to their position. I'm still adjusting to the learning curve myself. I've found a formation that works for my team and I'm sticking to it. Working well so far. Read up on the plenty of guides. They'll help. I've spent hours reading tactic guides and what not. Hope the best of luck.

You guys at least promoted. I'm having bad problems with the tactics. It seems much more punishing if you change tactics.

I had to change variations because of injuries and holes in my team, however right now I get something like 5 shots per game, I have possestion like 55% however the adversary always has at least 20 occasions on/off target. They get beautiful shots, I get nothing
