Sorry I cannot suggest players within that price range, however for the future, Alex Sandro (I got him for £30m from Juventus 2nd season) and Nathaniel Clyne (£20m from Liverpool 2nd season) and both had 8.00+ average rating for the season.

off topic: How is Brahim Diaz developing for you?

In 22 games for u18 he has a 7.09 and 5 assists. No goals. Skills are coming along slowly but surely, but nothing higher than a 14.
