Weak Foot Training and Player Traits

I haven't been able to train the weak foot on any of my players so far. You used to be able to go to Individual Training, select a player, 'Discuss New Trait', and tell a coach to train his weak foot, learn the Dictates Tempo, Plays One Twos, etc. traits. All three of those are options are gone now. You are still able to tell the coach to train him on many traits, such as Avoid Using Weaker Foot, Get Further Forward, etc. but some of them have been removed. Anyone know if this was intentional or could it be a bug?
