Weird Coach Problem

I was Real Madrid and Spain Manager but I resigned from Real Madrid after 11 seasons then took the Juventus job a few days later

now all my old coaches are appearing in my juventus coaches training screen even though some are still employed at real madrid

I've had a similar problem with the training screen. I was Everton and Spain manager and just resigned from Spain. Now all my coaches have disappeared from the training screen and when I tried to deselect (bottom right corner of training screen when looking at coaches) the game completely crashed.

Yet another bug and to tarnish FM2011.
