Weird tactic problem

Hey guys
Dont know if this is the right place to post this.
But my problem is that im using Goals Galore v3 tactic (same thing happens with any tactic for me), and it works fine for a while, but suddently im going through a bad time. Yes i know its normal in the real world that teams got their ups and downs, but in FM11 i was able to almost win every game i was playing i have had far less success in FM12.. How come or what do i do wrong?

It's pretty much normal in fm12, just make sure you rotate your tactics...don't use the same one over and over as it is widely believed that the CPU learns what you do
