If people are still playing FM 2010 and giving advice, but if they are...well i'd appreciate some! :)

I'm currently managing Leeds and have pulled together a pretty decent squad, I have

GK: Akinfeev, Ustari backup
DL: Bale
DR: Some quality regen (At least as good as Bale)
DC: Rodwell
DC: Camineri - may have mispelt this one, but he's young, Italian and solid... like rock (H)
DMC: Huddlestone
MC: Delph
AML: Luis Suarez
AMR: Witsel
AMC: Aguero
FC: Schwaab (Another top notch regen, though young)

Formation is Flat back four, Anchor Man, 1 CM, 2 Wingers on attack, AMC - Trequartista and a Target Man.

Issues I seem to be having is a lack of consistency, I'm at least 10 games in so the squad should be reasonably harmonised, yet against some teams I'm dominating (Beat Man U 6 - 0) and against others I'm playing really poorly and don't seem to be fashioning any chances?

I'd rather make my own tactic than rely on anothers - possibly could upload what I'm working with - I think it has potential, infact works great with my Lyon side, just not with Leeds!

I can update more info, Settings, Players, the tactic if needed.

Cheers.

Make sure your keeping them in good condition by not allowing them to play lots of games in a row, do you have a good bench?
