Just to put my opinion on whether a Welsh team should be in the prem as many people seem to think not.

A) Cardiff and Swansea have been in the football league since it involved both English and Welsh teams before the WPL was set up but we decided to stick in football league due to higher standards of game

B) It would be based on merit from Cardiff and Swansea climbing through divisions

When i said i know people who think differently i do not mean the members of this board

Not looking to start an argument, but wanted peoples opinions

( doesnt look like Cardiff will do it anyway )

Personally am routing for Forest or Reading to win the play offs as I think that having a Welsh team in the EPL is a bit dodgy but if Swansea or Cardiff do go up then fair play to them, they fully deserve it

If they can be in it, why not top Irish/Scottish teams?

Because we don't mind the Welsh. ;)

Well, they're in the Championship, why can't they be in the Prem? It is a bit silly having them as separate from the Welsh leagues. May as well make it England & Wales, like Cricket.

i would rather Forrest went up if they dont i would like swansea in it though :)

If i had to chose who i want to go up i would say Swansea because of the Chelsea links in Brenden Rodgers, Scott Sinclair and Fabio Borini. I agree if Welsh teams can play in England then let Rangers and Celtic come down and prove they are actually good.

I don't have a problem with a Welsh team going into the EPL because they would have earned their place their. On a slightly unrelated note it would be mental to have Celtic and Rangers in the premier league

I wouldn't mind them in the PL if they became part of England FA as all their decisions and stuff go to the Welsh FA which isn't too fair as I think they're slightly biased.

For example, Cardiff are suspected of doing the same thing that we did (QPR) but Welsh FA have different laws to our FA so they didn't get any charges against them.

We're being governed by the FA from next season anyway pal
