Id take a look at Jose angel but I doubt he would join. Take a look at David wotherspoon and lee wallace.
As for midfielder I don't know what your looking for. Creative or defensive.
Maybe James MacArthur or Tom cairney if your looking for someone creative. If for defensive then take a look at Fernandez from Porto or adam vass.

Petar Zanev for LB. Cheap too, still plays in my 1st team in 3rd season for my west brom save
For the wingers I just used Chris Brunt on the right and then Dorrans on the left first season so I don't know who to suggest.

Yeah he plays awesome for me using Raikan's Might & Magic tactic. And since he's on the left he can cut in have a pop at goal sometimes, he actually scores quite a few goals. Although his stats don't show it, he is amazing at dribbling!

I can't give him enough praise, ever since he started playing at West brom in real life he has always been my favourite player, after all I'm a baggies fan so its only right, I class him better than Messi xD

And give David Templeton from Hearts a look for you're wing position £1.5 million
