Hi looking to improve my West brom Midfield and also looking for 2 wingers anybody recommend anybody lookinf for a ball winning midfielder who has an eye for goal

There are a few if you can get them. What season are you in first of all?

Wingers I would suggest Embolo (I know everyone's choice), Caner Erkin, Pablo Piatti, there are also the general wonderkids you could go after. The best one I can suggest is Adama Traore, guy is class on my save. Average rating of 8.08 playing Winger Attack. Now wanted by PSG.

Midfield for that price I think you're asking a lot. The best I can recommend in my experience at that price range is Dembele. Good all round and can score. If BWM is what you want look at Sven Bender he is often put onto the transfer list early and can be had for a good price. Another good one is Fellaini, often put on the transfer list early.

Also for midfield see if renato sanches has moved clubs yet might be expensive not sure&lucas romero is unreal

wide attackers that are good cost a lot money and if you have only 16M transfer budget then I think you can buy only one good player
