west ham (bilbao challenge)

im setting myself the challenge to transform west ham into a fully english team (like bilbao with their basque team), i want a youngish squad, playing attacking football.

i need some young, EPL quality, english players. i'm almost halfway through my first season, i'm selling collison and signing mutch and phillips. i'll see if i can sign any more players in jan, i was thinking chamberlain on loan.

players i'm considering bringing in eventually,

GK; forster, smithies, steele, loach, lewis.
DF; kelly, R. bennett, bartley, chalobah, mancienne, naughton, clyne, bertrand, caulker, robinson.
MF; barkley, G.gardner, redmond, delph, zaha, mutch, r.cotton, sterling, phillips, ince, d.jennings.
ST; wickham, delfouneso, zaha. (welbeck/sturridge/wilshere/walker/jones/smalling etc. (may be out of my league))

which of these players should i definitely sign or not sign. and who else should i consider. what GK is the best option?

i would like to get jones, smalling, sturridge, wilshere, chamberlain, etc but i would need loads of cash and i'd need to win stuff.

I tried this with Aston Villa but using players from all of Great Britain.

Suggestions: Butland, Smithies, Clyne, Betrand, Walker, Dunk, Ryan Bennett, Zaha, Matt Philips, Redmond, Mchecran, JAy Rodriguez, Delph.

You've got to look out for guys born in England that play for other countries.

Steven Fletcher, Jordan Rhodes, Kieran Westwood, Ciaran Clark, Simon ***, Ashley Williams etc...

Works for Bilbao - they've got Amorebieta that plays for Venezuela but has Pays Basque nationality as well.

there's a couple of german players that are english, think it was aaron hunt and lewis holtby if you want to include players like that.

can't remember whether he's english or scottish but jordan rhodes would be good if he fits the bill

i'd add scott sinclair and leon britain to the list if you can get them from swansea, cleverley from man united, tom cairney was born in nottingham and maybe see if cresswell could make the step up from championship.

Just a thought, Bilbao they only have and use Basque players, as you should know basque is a spanish region, so why not go that extra mile and get players that are only from london, which should give you the same problem and difficulty as managing bilbao.
