West Ham - Right-Back

I'm looking for a right back at West Ham in January of the first season. My budget is about £6-7m, having sold Valon Behrami for £7.5m, I need a replacement. Ideally one who speaks English, to reduce settling times, and also someone who's current ability is sufficient for the Premier League, not PA.

I'm in the second season with Everton and John Heitinga still does the business, think he's quite cheap too and speaks English, but Raikan's the man to know this stuff so I'd take his recommendations! XD

Stephen Lichtsteiner from Lazio for around £5m and try Micah Richards he's usually unhappy during this time or the summer and you can snap him up for around £3.5m.
