Was thinking of Matuidi (Etienne) or Capoue (Toulouse) to replace Kovac.

can u afford moussa sissoko?
if yes, definitely sign him
othrwise u can look at ignacio camacho, phil jones, rodwell, yann m'vila, hummels or even de jong (usually transfer listed at the end of 1st season)

Just because you have 10 million really does not mean you have to spend 10 million on a DM does it?
Strengthen other areas along with Kara (Bid 1 million), Jenssen would do wonders CM as well hes another 1.7 mill (Tromense)
