West Ham United - Tips ?

I'd like to know if anyone else has had a go with the irons and any tips you would give.
ill probably play a 4411 with Carroll and Nolan the top 2 with Jarvis on one wing and Vaz Te the other although I'd preferably get someone with a better cross to supply Carroll. Also I'm gonna try pick up Adryan on instalments and possibly Drethe for free and mcfadden

Sign Drenthe on a free, Craig Gordon on a free. Then go to the Loans and there are LOADS of great players up for loan.

As for Tips I wouldn't run a 4411. I'd go with 4231. It's pretty much the same as what you have right now, but with great players like Diame and Diarra that The Hammers have you have to get the best out of them in my opinion.
