So Western-super-Mare are media predicted to finish bottom of the Vanarama Conference South.

I want to take them through the leagues to the top!

Any advice? Tactics, transfers, training, staff etc?

loan youth

loan young youth players from teams that are in better leagues they will help you through, and if you an try sign a couple free transfers on the cheap as these will boost chances of winning, for staff wise i think for that level to start with signing staff on 1 or 2 year deals and a level of 8 or 9 in their attributes would be more than enough
