Got a question about ending contracts, and about transfer listed players?
Please read all, to have it clear. (H)
Contract end:
I play a very well season, but some contracts will end soon.
One player will leave my team, and have signed for another team that doesn't do so well in the same league I'm in.
This player is always in the 'basis squad' and he performs great.
They offered him a contract, because his contract will end in 6 months.
I offered him a new contract too, but he choose for the other team and he is already looking out to move to their city.........
Is this 'the game'? Like, I should have offered him a better contract?

Annoying:
Sometimes, a player get contract offers, wants the player to join them after his contract ends over here.
Now they offered a nice value player a contract, that end after the NEXT season!
Is it common, you contract a player already, 1 year (or whatever), before his contract ends?
I want them to pay money then. Or is this 'the game'?
To me it sounds pretty strange. Why don't they offer a contract when they are NOT on the transfer list then? I mean, in both cases there is change to have them signing contracts?
The strange thing is, there is no difference in what I can control.
I can't say, "DUDE.. you may not sign, you are a important player".
Any clearance on this? XD
