Heres my Cardiff team and tactics! supposed to control posession but every game i get outplayed and lose, what am i doing wrong

I would put the match preparation to Teamwork and on Very High workload so the team will bond together. And if you don't have quality players it's hard to play a game of possession.

Your team aren't familier with the tactic, that won't help much.

Maybe try not using the classic tactics look, the normal one seems easier to tinker with in my opinion
