What are Chelsea like ?

should of stated that the above pic is after the match this is before the game.

Basically using a Mourinho philiosophy with germany style playing man marking Essien and closing down Obi mikel seemed to work I can help wonder though if what would happen if lampard played on my game he's playing he did under mourinho.

Mourinho Philiosophy- Very rigid with more disicplined and stick to position and stopping the main threat i.e. inter v barcelona with inter doubled on Messi to keep him out the game and used it essien I thought without lampard essien would be the one to stop.

Germany style - Basically what they used in world cup 4-2-3-1 using advance playmaker and poacher combo short passing and always have wingers on support role helps form 2 banks
of 4 with attacking left back (e.g. Lahm)

I created it myself using zonalmarking to get the rough shape and this website for the rest since people actually give you advice on this website
 
Thanks mate I will look into this because I really want to create my own tactic you kno but i have only started playing FM since fm08 and i didn't take it too serious back then but now I see that it was time wasted just playing and not using the features and trying to understand it....

One big thing I found is to keep morale up, on the old fms I use to ignore this and fail miserably
