What are my ideal pitch size dimensions?

I play a narrow 4231 with no wingers, I use instructions 'Play Wider' and also 'Exploit Middle'. My defensive line is normal and I don't use offside trap.

The exact tactic I use is 'short play redhawk' - google those terms for more info - I have changed one of the BWMs to a box-to-box role.

I have no idea which pitch dimensions to choose so any advice would be most appreciated.
