I was reading up on which teams have the best youth academies, and was suprised to see screenshots of godly regens coming from the miniscule French team: INF Clairefontane. At first I thought I just didn't load enough French leagues, because all the players were greyed out. Then I found out that they were an amature side anyway and it really didnt matter because no French league goes down that far anyway. Getting to the point, what determines if a team is able to generate regens?
