What do I need to improve?

Im in the 3rd season with my villa side just made the CL and the board havent really back me that much.. i got 30mil so far including player sales and a decent side:

(standard 4-4-2)

Enyeama, Azpilequeta, Dodo, Otamendi, Davies, Milner, Young, Vaart, Gago, Dzeko, Agbonlahor with a good subs bench including Gignac, Annan and Downing..

What position do i need to take it to the next level, Fabregas is on my search engine but i doubt that i will get him within a reasonable price tag..

Any help appreciated..

Good side you've got there.

I'd buy a new right winger for your starting 11, possibly Quaresma or a pacey winger who is good with the ball at their feet like him?

when i go on team report my assistant managed thinks my RM is my weakest position so maybe he was right afterall haha..

and neall ive had gourcuff on a previous game and he was my top scorer.. ill check him out when i go on later, i assume by the 3rd season he would have left bordeaux meaning he will be ridiculously pricey..
