What do you want to see in future football managers?

For me football manager should have:

more realistic team ability eg not man u 15th and wolves 3rd

to be able to use your manager wages eg invest in club or buy personal items like a sports car

to be able to recommend any affiliated club

to design your own stadium eg choose stadium type, seat colour/pattern, roof type and how many tiers press rooms ect

to be able to build youth academies around the world and watch players come in

to be able to buy the players in grey

to have a wider choice of player interaction options eg when a player us unhappy a option that would be suitable

........and improvements on everything already in the game

I disagree with most of them Tbh
Your first point would mean that the good teams always remain good and it's the same top teams every year. Your second point is quite pointless.
I think that you should not have interviews when signing a player dependant on his contract. So if it's a youth player means you can't but if it's rotarion,first team,Etc you do.

you can already recommend affiliated clubs but you have to be manager at a club for a long time and yer designing your own stadium would be awesome
