What does this feedback mean?

Hi, everybody. I'm a newcomer from china. I have a lot of questions about fm. Here's my 1st one. What does it mean about someone is getting skinned often in assistant's feedback? Thanks!

They are being outpaced a lot and as a result are losing their man.

yes it means they are being outplayed by their opponent. It happens a lot and doesnt mean anything drastic but you probably want to keep an eye on their rating. If it drops below 6.3 then a team talk at half time to tell them you are not happy with there performance should help. If the team talk doesnt motivate them then seriously consider subbing them.
