The way I read it, it's missing a comma. It should be "A wise man once said...nothing, he let her vent and they had *** after." Meaning, he let her get whatever she had to say off her chest. Upon doing so, she was so relieved that she decided to initiate sexual relations.

Hmm maybe my dad is messing with me. I got the said thing but he said " Are you sure , look at it closer".
