What Eastern European Country has the most potential? I mean this in terms of youngsters

Well on most of my games Croatia produces some of the best regens. In real players Bosnia and Serbia also have good players that can develop.

croatia gets something like the third best regens everytime just behind Brazil and France, there is a thread on here somewhere about it but can't find it. As Steve said, Serbia also has some quality youngsters.

Actually statistically they have the 7th best regens. Still quite impressive.

In eight years as Serbia manager I didn't get a single regen with 170+ PA, so anybody but them.
