Been playing go2goal.net ,its an mmo football player sim. You take the role of a player and manage your daily routines, such as what foods you eat and what not. It still needs some polishing due to it being pretty new and the game has been translated from polish which could use some work still. Anyway if your interested the link is go2goal.net - Football game

The most exciting thing is because it is new the 1st division is still establishing itself and you can easily get a contract with a 4th-5th place team or lower and get instant playing time. There are no bot controlled players, all the players are real people.
If you check it out PM me to let me know what you think. I'm new there myself but I'll be happy to help answer any questions you have. My Player name there is Lorenzo Crisetig (probably recognize the name if you know how to spot a good deal on FM2012/13)

I've just signed up. Like the concept, But seems a little confusing at the minute. seems like a lot of stuff to keep on top of. working through the tutorial.

Other than FM, Torchlight 2 (with the Synergies mod) and Dota 2 mainly. Also, I'm probably going to start playing Guild wars 2 again soon after I took a break for a while.

Yeah I was a little overwhelmed at first but you get the hang of it. I've sent you a PM with some tips.

I am currently playing the new Tomb Raider and it is proving to be a great game. Once I get round to finishing it, Bioshock Infinite should then be out. :)

Fallout: New Vegas as it was gathering dust after finishing Resistance 2 and Batman Arkhum City recently!

what a great game!

Nexus usually good for mods too, or Moddb - but there will probably be more of a selection at nexus.

Edit: Doctor Who mod for New Vegas on moddb... must get... :P

Pretty sure that you can do that for most of them, and utilise a mod manager too. ;)

Ewww... console

I switched over after my beast PC died on me about 2 years ago! I was not prepared to fork out around R20 000 to get a new one!

I am much older now, have bonds, insurance, life cover, pension etc to pay now, plus the missus has 3 horses..

its much cheaper having a console at the end of the day :)

I am still tempted to splash out on a pc though, don't get me wrong! always have been a pc man but times change..

how old are you now? 16/20?

16/20? hahaha you jest sir. you jesterer you.
double the 16 and add 2... however, the mind I think is working in leap years. :D

Check out Ebay. Can get a quad core rig with Intel I7 processor, 1TB HDD and 8GB DDR3 ram for under £200. Though without an OS and monitor

that is cool when you live in the UK :) I live in RSA :)

not bad at all, it would cost me R2900 then a good graphics card would cost me here around R5500 (£380) I have a 22" LCD HD monitor and Win7 Professional

maybe will check to see if they can deliver to me here and the costs

That's actually a fair point-forgot about that lol. I've put in for a loan to get it. for that price it's just an absolute steal and should be perfect for games I play (Warcraft for example) to run on high settings. And monitors are cheap enough, should have enough left over to get windows 7 (unsure as yet as to what effect Windows 8 has on some games-namely World of Warcraft and FM). some are saying that Windows 8 is ******** with their games but i don't know itf it's true

send me the link please ajt? is it brand new or 2nd hand?

with a good graphics card in there it would be a very decent PC no doubt! even a cheap 1Gb DDR5 256 bit Nvidia 560Gt or something for like £80/£95 would run WoW and other games like that easily..

I would need a bit of a bigger one to run Far Cry 3 and Crysis 3 and the likes though!
