What have I done wrong?

I downloaded several of the leagues from this thread: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/f74/kingerics-finns-and-nick-mains-additional-leagues-t33999.html and extracted them to the editor data file.
When I open up FM 2010 and click on "new game" these leagues are all there, however many leagues are unplayable including Spain and Italy - the message given in the little exclamation mark in the triangle is that "X number of teams required for this league, found only Y"
This means Most European teams are now unplayable as - I really need to sort this, does anyone know what to do?!

Right, I've gathered that if I disable some of the 8 database changes made I can play as all leagues again - does anyone know why I can't enable all 8 and do so?

I disabled some of the database changes - for some reason when I have all 8 enabled several leagues are unplayable, but when I disable even one or two everything works again, very strange.
