Hey Mate! It's a different kind of play in FM. You don't manage the teams directly, as usual, but you make actions like a chairman. You can buy/sell players, build facilities and hire/sack the manager. The game is played via online, but you can manage your team in your own time. Ideally a whole league is controled by humans, so basicly you will negotiate with other users. A chairman game will be played periodlicly, it's length depends on the game master. After the period the game master will simulate the game usually 6 months forward and will upload the new save. If you are intrested, then ypu can check out my project: chairman game.
