What marking you think is better for a possession tactic?

I would say it totally depends. If the formations highly different, then many players need to be on specific man marking.

(Is it not better to use the " project thread" already on this subject)

So what if i play a normal 4-3-3?

it is a difficult question, so here's a complicated answer: man marking is efficient for 60 minutes of match, after which you will concede, as your players will be tired. You can perhaps undo this by going non counter attacking and by using slow tempo, but a good opponent will create surplus and score anyway. No man marking is seen on a consistent basis anywhere in the world today, because teams play a lot of games, some only 3 days one after another, so everyone switched to zonal.
