is this a serious quesiton?
Basically it plays a part in how quickly a player will recover from injury, how tired they will get from training/matches, but most importantly, players with high natural fitness will keep their other physical stats for longer after they peak. So essentially players with a high natural fitness can play at their peak for longer instead of their physical stats rapidly declining like they would with a player with a low natural fitness.
Natural Fitness is a stat that is widely misunderstood on FM. So for you to say that, you probably don't know what it means either.is this a serious quesiton?

I thought it was determination that prevented stats rapidly declining?
I heard somewhere that it also affects how much training affects their attributes - can anyone confirm/deny?
It is definetely that, but I think it's more applicable to physical stats as Tharros said.I thought it was determination that prevented stats rapidly declining?

Not sure about that, I think thats just determined by PA really. Again I'm not sure.I heard somewhere that it also affects how much training affects their attributes - can anyone confirm/deny?
Work rate doesn't effect how much training affects attributes.thats the work rate, i reckon.
