What is the best possession tactic?

Hi, as above really.

Not bothered with Football Manager 2015 until now. As always I see a lot of unrealistic 3 striker setups. I could do with a 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3 wingers or a 4-4-2 formation built for possession Football. I have no idea what the supposed best tactics are for this years edition, so thought I would ask.
