What is the best role for Ruben Neves and Lucas Romero?

Im trying to create a tactic in which i have ruben neves as dm, lucas romero and tielemans and cm and martin oodegard as amc but i dont find any form of balance in it. Either im conceding to many goals or im not creating enough. its basically draws half the games... help!
