With Newcastle won premier league in first season.
Won treble Premier League, FA, Champions cup in second season. That 10-2 against MU is in my second season which the team has fully gel.
Just make sure to get some good solid defenders & be sure to use the correct team talk and i think this is the most consistent tactic i've ever experienced before.
Im gonna see the rest of my season out with Mr.Hough Winger 11.3 and then use your one in my friendlies.

That tactic is not mine. It's the Korean guy in the thread.
I've tried most of the tactics here and found his the best.
Anyway, i have no experience with most of the defenders you mentioned except
Davide Santon which is not doing good in my game.
If you have fund buy Cristian Zapata. I've used him in my Udinese & Newcastle game playing as Cover defender for few seasons and he average 7+ rating and if you use him to attack near post in corner he'll head in quite a bit of goals. Otamendi is suppose to be one of the best of the best defender in the game though so he should be fine i guess.
