What is the lowest spanish division?

Sorry to be a bother, but I am choosing a team to manage, and wasn't sure what was the bottom spanish league, that you can get promoted to Liga BBVA?

Is it B4?

the system works like this:

liga bbva
liga adelante

sgunda 2B 1/2/3/4 are all the same level but are split regionally, like blue square north/south

segunda 2B is the lowest playable level on the game, but this custom DB from death ball may interest you
