What is the problem with the Dutch Second division?

In all the FM till this version the second Division of Holland gets 1 relegation and a promotion from a club in the topklasse ( which isnt playable with the normal version)But now there is now relegation in the second division of holland? And i want to play the classic mode. Why have fm done this?

Relegation to the Topklasse is not automatic, as clubs in the Topklasse have to announce in mid-season if they want to be eligible for promotion. Only if one of those clubs wins the Topklasse championship is a team relegated from the Eerste Divisie. From the 2016/2017 season there is relegation to the Tweede Divisie.
