Jordon Ibe is brilliant. Tiago Ilori is great backup. Jon Flanagan isn't a world beater but becomes a solid starter/backup for both fullback positions. Sadly a lot of the academy youngsters tend to not develop very well and are rather poor.
Concentrate on Ibe though, he has become a world beater for me.
Some are going to have ranged random potential, and the younger ones are likely going to have random attributes and quite possibly random personalities. That is going to make the starting point and pace of development rather different game to game.
For me, Flanno, Rossiter, Ibe, Wilson, Kent all seem to be doing well. Flanno, Ibe & Rossiter are 1st teamers.
Altough I rotate Rossiter as only on 2nd season and his stats need improving
