What Lucky Club Deserves My Superb Managerial Ability?

Hi peeps,

I'm going to get straight to it and say I'm bored out of my wits. The longest save I've had on FM11 was with Arsenal where I quit in my 5th season, And have now gone on to have very and I mean very short careers with Barca, Real, United, Valencia and At.Madrid.

So can anyone suggest me a team which I should manage which follows these guidelines

- Small Club in the top-flight of European Leagues which can compete in the CL

- A decent budget allowing me to get atleast 3 good wonderkids e.g. £5-15m

- I don't want a team where no improvement is needed. I want a team small enough that I can style them in my own image. Not to inherit a massive squad like City's

- Preferably from English, German, Spanish, French leagues.

- And most importantly, fun to manage.

Starting with a big club is quite boring... I always quit careers where I start with big clubs, because there really are not challenge in them. Start with a lower league team, I'll promise you that it is great fun.
