Can someone help me with what positions to play my leeds team? I have got rid of a load of players and bought alot in, my squad is

What i need is the best 11, there retrospective roles ie. Becchio Target Man, Beckford Poacher, howson box to box etc and any tweeks to the individual tactics i can make.
And then the best overall tactic to play.
Pleaseee help its so frustrating having the best team in the league on paper but not being able to make it count.
