Hi,

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this. I seem to remember a training topic but couldn't see it. Anyway I've somehow in my first season with West Brom come out with two 5 star potential players from the youth intake. One looks like he will make a very good inside forward but the second I am unsure if it makes more sense to train him to be a FB/WB or as a Ball playing CB. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think the player can develop into a top DM, since he has good defensive potential, but is slow (ruling him out as a CB), and is not good at crossing (so not very good as an attacking fullback)

He's not really got the pace or positioning for a CB despite his height. DM in a defensive role (anchorman or Halfback) maybe ideal to be honest, that way his height can be utilised to cover the defenders yet at the same time his lack of pace won't be a problem.

Lo coloco como Delantero, sorprendentemente se desempeña bastante bien.

Train his quickness for two years, then train his positioning for a year or two and you'll have a cracking CB on your hands.
