What role should I play Messi with?

Playing as Barcelona and in January first season and Mess's played around 25 games and scored no goals!! I play him as a CAM and the role of a trequartista, like my assistant says but he doesn't score. I tried i=him as an inside forward for a bit but didn't work, where should I play him?

I'd try him as a striker Treq. Make him the target man with pass to feet.

Thanks! I have Cavani and Suarez up front with Villa out for a year with damaged cruciate ligaments. Suarez doesn't score much so I'll drop him
