What Scout should i hire?

Currently in my 6th year and my leeds team is going very well, I was wondering what scout/ scouts you think i should hire and what region to get them to search in? I have money so all i really need is some ideas on what scouts to get? Thanks a lot,

how well are you doing, if your in europe i would say steve rowley, or zidane, zidane gets lethal and knows a lot of places very quickly

i mean finding good players, Can not sign the arsenal scout but signed zidane, i mean what region should i get him to search?

Also another question, to build scouts knowledge do you just assign them to new places and they learn?

eastern europe always works well for me .. find some good regens ..
To answer your question, yes pretty much, look at his scouting knowledge now, even take a screenshot, then send him somewhere and there will be improvements
