what should I do ? more direct passing play

I am using now with my DInamo Buc. a tactic based on
phylosophy - Very Rigid
starting strategy - Attacking
passing style - More direct
closing down - Press more
marking -zonal
drill croases
and also stick to position at roaming

as you can see at passing style I chose " More direct" , but I some matches I am adviced by my assistand : "we should encourage our players to try a more direct passing play " ...or something like this... What does that mean ? cause I tryed to "get long balls forward" and the assistant advice doesn't dissapear ...I tryed "look for overlap"...but the same .... push higher up...the same what instruction should I choose ? ^^)

Use "Get ball Forward"
