What should I do with my wages?

Southampton offered me a new deal - but it's 72,000 a week!
Should I just accept it or should I change it to £1 so the club doesn't lose money because I can't do anything with my wages?

Or does my wage not actually get paid by the clubs money and it's just hypothetical?
