Currently I'm playing in the local second division after unsuccessfull spells at the two top clubs in the top division. I personally feel like I'm good enough but there are to many ego's and racist's. Being Turkish I feel isolated, but I'm bored of the current division, I'm easily our best player and a mid table club in the next division are asking me if I want to sign me. It takes me ages to settle in too. At least 5/6 games. What should I do?
