What should I improve to my Borussia Dortmund team ?

I had an amazing first season with Borussia Dortmund, winning Bundesliga and the German Cup.This is my squad at the moment:

1.Kagawa, is unhappy and he wants to leave to a bigger club, I will allow him to leave
2.Barrios, not good enough for my team
3.Groskreutz, not good enough for my team
4.Chris Lowe, not good enough for my team
5.Florian Kringe, FREE
6.Patrick Owomoyela, FREE
7.Ezequiel Munoz, end of loan
8.Bandalovski, not sure here but he isn't good enough
9.Kuba, not good enough for my team

So I will sell many players, this is how my squad will probably look like:

So, this is it, as you can see I need many players, I'm willing to spend about 50 millions.Who do you recommend me to buy ?
 
I'm thinking.... Resign and hope they Hire Jose Mourinho

Doumbia - I have Lewandowski as a top striker, I'm looking for a back-up for him
Eriksen - To expensive
Aogo - I have Schmelzer who is good, I'm looking for a back-up for him
Serdar Tasci - I don't really need a CB, I will strengthen the other positions first
Fierro - Not the type of striker I need
Beck - I don't need a RB
Sobiech - Same as Tasci
Wiesse - To expensive for his age

erick torres worth a look, get a young cb for future like zouma, who is on the transfer list/frees? jack wilshere always is on mine he is top notch

Decent players from teams that relegated:

Adebayor is a great striker, snap him up if you can, and definetly get bassong he is incredible!
 
I'm with Dortmund at the moment starting my 4th season. Won the Bundesliga last year and have won Europa League and German Cup in the past with this team.

If you're looking for a ball winning midfielder I'd have a look at Lars Bender from Leverkusen. If he's out of your price range scout Lassana Diarra. You can pick him up for relatively cheap and he's been outstanding for me alongside Gotze in the middle.

If you can get Welbeck on loan as listed above try and build in a future fee clause into the deal. He had a great first season for me, scoring about 10 goals off the bench and then managed to secure him for around 10m and he then chipped in with about 15 goals, off the bench again.

My fullbacks are Martin Montoya and Gabriel Silva, both were quite cheap, under 10m each and they are solid and dependable options.
